Beijing Motor Show 2018: Nissan will show three electric cars
Also a world preview with the E-Power technology, in addition to the Chinese version of the Leaf and the IMx Kuro concept car.
Nissan will be present at the 2018 edition of the Beijing Motor Show. The Japanese manufacturer will present three electric vehicles, specifically the new Nissan Leaf and the IMx Kuro concept car, as well as an unprecedented world premiere model.
The new model in question will be an integral part of the great Nissan Intelligent Mobility project, as well as the Move plans. To 2022 by Nissan and Triple One by Dongfeng Motor, the latter partner of the Japanese manufacturer for the Chinese market. The new model that Nissan will exhibit at the Beijing Motor Show will be designed to accommodate the high demand for electric cars from the Chinese market and, for the occasion, will lead to the debut of the new E-Power electric propulsion technology.
Beijing Motor Show 2018 will also be the stage for the debut of the Chinese version of the new Nissan Leaf, whose second generation has already been introduced in October 2017. The Chinese market is obviously important for the new Nissan Leaf, already awarded the World Award Green Car of the Year 2018 on the occasion of the last edition of the New York Show that dates back to last March. Icon of the Nissan Intelligent Mobility, the Leaf has been registered in over 300,000 models since 2010 and has become the best-selling electric vehicle in the world.
The Nissan IMx Kuro, however, is the electric-powered concept car with the crossover body, already exhibited last March at the last edition of the Geneva Motor Show and equipped with the Brain to Vehicle technology. Finally, the Nissan Terra, a SUV variant of the Navara pick-up, will be presented exclusively for the Chinese market.
